These terms govern your use of the Tiny Tigress Bengals website and the process of inquiring about, reserving and bringing home one of our kittens.
By using this website or contacting us about a kitten, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, we’re glad to walk through them with you.
Using this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to use it in a way that could damage, disable or overload the site. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Inquiries and reservations
Submitting our inquiry form expresses your interest in a kitten but does not guarantee availability or the right to purchase one. We review every inquiry personally and respond based on temperament fit, timing and the best match between kitten and home. A reservation is only confirmed once we have agreed in writing and a deposit has been received.
Deposits and payments
A deposit holds a kitten for you while they finish growing with their mother. Deposits are non-refundable except at our discretion, for example if a kitten becomes unavailable through no fault of the buyer. The balance is due before your kitten goes home. We will always provide clear, written terms for any deposit and payment arrangement before you commit.
Kitten health and representations
Every Tiny Tigress kitten leaves us vaccinated and dewormed according to schedule, examined by a veterinarian, and accompanied by their records. We represent our kittens in good faith and stand behind their health at the time they go home. Any health guarantees are provided in writing as part of the placement agreement, and the specifics of that agreement control over anything general on this website.
Pricing
Kitten prices reflect pedigree, coat quality, age and the care invested in raising them. Prices are quoted individually and may vary. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice; a confirmed reservation is always honored at its agreed price.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — including our name, logo, photographs, copy and design — is owned by Tiny Tigress Bengals and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our photographs or written content without our written permission. You’re welcome to share links to our pages.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Tigress Bengals is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
