Sales terms & release of liability
Reservation fee & full payment
The $200 reservation fee is a non-refundable deposit that holds your chosen kitten until they are ready to go home. It is applied toward the total purchase price of $1,200. If you choose full payment, the entire $1,200 is due when we confirm your reservation and no further balance is owed. The reservation fee is not refundable for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances on the buyer's side.
Health guarantee
Tiny Tigress Bengals guarantees your kitten is in good health at the time of sale and has been examined by a licensed veterinarian, with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming current. If a licensed veterinarian certifies a life-threatening congenital or hereditary defect within 72 hours of pickup, we will replace the kitten or refund the purchase price, provided the kitten is returned to us with all veterinary records within that period. This guarantee does not cover conditions arising after pickup, including those caused by accidents, neglect, diet, environment, or infectious disease acquired after the kitten leaves our care.
As-is, pet-only sale
Except for the health guarantee above, the kitten is sold “as-is” and strictly for pet purposes. We make no guarantee regarding the kitten's future size, temperament, fertility, breeding ability, or suitability for showing. No kitten sold through this reservation is sold with breeding rights. All pet kittens are placed with a spay/neuter agreement; breeding rights are not included and may not be transferred.
Returns
All sales are final. We accept returns only for the health conditions described in the health guarantee and only within the 72-hour window. If your circumstances change after pickup, we will always take a kitten back rather than see them rehomed, but no refund is owed outside the health guarantee. Any return shipping or transport is the buyer's responsibility.
Release of liability
By reserving, you acknowledge that living with a cat carries inherent risks, including but not limited to scratches, bites, allergic reactions, and property damage. Tiny Tigress Bengals, its owners, agents, and representatives are not liable for any injury, illness, damage, or loss arising from the kitten after the kitten leaves our care, except as expressly required by California law. You are responsible for providing appropriate food, veterinary care, indoor housing, and supervision.
California law & pet sale warranty
This sale is governed by the laws of the State of California, including the Pet Breeder Warranty provisions of the California Health and Safety Code (§§ 122045–122064). For any dispute arising from this sale, jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts located in the State of California. Applicable California sales tax is included in the purchase price. Our purchase records are retained as required by state law.
Your representations
By reserving, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, that you will provide the kitten with appropriate care, food, veterinary attention, and a safe indoor home, and that you understand the energy level, vocal nature, and enrichment needs of the Bengal breed.
